This website is owned and operated by Pharmato Information Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pharmato").

This "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") applies to the related products and services provided to you by Pharmato (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). The various rules, policies, and disclaimers of this website are important components of this Service Agreement, and this Service Agreement also includes references to the aforementioned documents. Whether you are an authorized user (hereinafter referred to as "Authorized User") who has obtained authorization through an agreement signed between Pharmato or its affiliates and organizations or individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription Agreement"), or a visitor user (hereinafter referred to as "Visitor User") who accesses anonymously, you may access this website. In these terms, "you" or "your" shall include yourself, your organization, and any organization that you represent or act on behalf of when using this website or this Service.

Before using this Service, please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement, especially the content marked in bold font. 1. Account Management

1.1. Before using this Service, you should confirm that you have obtained the legal authorization from Pharmato, registered an account, and activated the relevant usage permissions; otherwise, you will not be able to use all or part of the Service. Without authorization, you should not use illegal means or methods to forcibly access this website or use this Service.

1.2. When completing the registration or activation process, you need to provide and update your account information accurately and timely in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and according to the instructions on the corresponding pages. You should ensure the authenticity and completeness of this information. You are responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of your account information: these responsibilities include your account being frozen, cancelled, or restricted from use, as well as the consequences and responsibilities during your use.

1.3. You should properly keep your account information and bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. If you believe that your account has been stolen by others or is subject to other threats, please contact Pharmato immediately, otherwise Pharmato will not bear any responsibility for this.

1.4. In the event of violation of the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant countries or regions or relevant regulatory requirements, Pharmato reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you.

1.5. If you are a Visitor User, you can only access this website for the purpose of information inquiry. You only have the right to read the information and materials on this website. Your access must comply with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to all restrictive terms therein.

1.6. If you intend to trial this Service, you can contact Pharmato to access this website or trial specific parts of this Service according to authorization. While trialing, you should comply with other terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the "Authorized Use and Restrictions" clause. When the trial period ends, you should stop using the trial service and delete all content or data downloaded from this website.

2. Authorized Use and Restrictions

2.1. You should not use this website or this Service to implement or intend to implement acts that harm national interests, violate laws and regulations, damage social public interests, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.

2.2. The data information and materials contained in this website and this Service are limited to your use for internal management, citation, and reference purposes (collectively referred to as "Authorized Use"). "Authorized Users" can access this website and use this Service, and export a limited amount of data information. Otherwise, Pharmato has the right to take control measures including but not limited to temporarily closing part or all of the database usage permissions, or directly terminating the provision of services, and all paid amounts will not be refunded.

Pharmato does not assume any responsibility for any third-party materials or resources accessed through these links. 2.6. Without the prior written permission of Pharmato, you should not provide this Service to any third party through provision, lending, public sharing, etc., nor should you rent, sell, or transfer your account to any third party (unless you have been explicitly allowed to take all or part of the aforementioned actions according to the Subscription Agreement).

The trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos (collectively referred to as "Trademarks") used and displayed in this website or this Service are owned by Pharmato or other designated third parties. You are not licensed or authorized to use any trademarks used or displayed on this website, and you shall not copy, imitate, or use these trademarks for any purpose.

3. Data Security and Personal Information Protection

3.1. To ensure the security of your use of this Service and continuously improve service quality, Pharmato will record and save information about your login and use of this Service as appropriate, but Pharmato promises not to provide such information to any third party other than Pharmato affiliated companies, unless required by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed between Pharmato and you.

3.2. Pharmato may automatically collect and store your software information, hardware information, and preference information from your smart terminals (including but not limited to mobile phones and computers) and web browsers for the following purposes: a) Unable to provide services due to lack of such information; b) Improve our products and services to better meet your needs and provide you with customized services and improved customer experience.

3.3. You should consult Pharmato's latest official "Privacy Policy" to understand how Pharmato collects, uses, processes, stores, and deletes your personal information.

3.4. Pharmato promises to take measures to keep confidential the data information of your access to this website or use of this Service, and will not arbitrarily disclose your data to any third party other than Pharmato affiliates or authorize them to use your data, unless: it can be provided according to the terms of this Agreement or other service agreements, online terms, and other provisions between you and Pharmato; it is provided according to government requirements and legal and regulatory requirements; you agree that Pharmato provides your data to third parties; it is necessary to provide your data to third parties to provide you with related products, services, or information, including situations where Pharmato provides products, services, or information to you through third-party technology and services. In this case, Pharmato will notify you, and when you still choose the product, service, or information, it is deemed that you agree to provide your information to the third party.

4. Risk Warning and Disclaimer

Pharmato will not bear the following responsibilities: any negative impact on your computer system caused by computer viruses or other malicious software, programs, codes, etc. in any way, or causing your system to crash or other technical problems; or the use of any third-party services during access to this website or use of this Service, any actions, omissions, or negligence of such third party.

4.3. Pharmato does not assume responsibility for any indirect, punitive, or derivative losses related to or arising from this Agreement, regardless of how they are caused, and regardless of whether they are related to breach of this Agreement or infringement. If Pharmato must bear breach of contract compensation liability to you according to this Agreement or the Subscription Agreement, then Pharmato's total compensation for any and all claims shall not exceed the total fees paid by your institution for purchasing Pharmato services during the previous twelve months.

4.4. If you cannot access this website or use this Service due to the following reasons, Pharmato does not bear liability for damages, including but not limited to: force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, government actions, judicial administrative orders, etc.; public service factors such as power supply failures and communication network failures; large-scale failure factors of third-party data, storage, computing, and other service institutions; system downtime and maintenance announced or notified in advance.

5. Updates and Upgrades

5.1. You understand and agree that Pharmato will regularly or irregularly update or upgrade part or all of the Service. Pharmato may notify you of the content or plans of each update or upgrade through in-site announcements or official website announcements, without further notice.

6. Others

6.1. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall be ignored when interpreting this Agreement.

6.2. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court with jurisdiction, the other parts of this Agreement shall continue to be valid, and their validity shall not be affected thereby. You and Pharmato shall still be bound by them.

6.3. The effectiveness, interpretation, modification, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions). Any dispute arising from this Agreement, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Pharmato is located.
